Welcome to Sound Effects Jaipur. These Terms of Service govern your use of our DJ services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Agreement
- By booking our DJ services, you agree to these terms and conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
- Services are provided as described in the booking agreement
- Any modifications to services must be agreed upon in writing
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due 7 days before the event date
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment
- Cancellation 30+ days before event: 90% refund
- Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund
- Date changes subject to availability and may incur charges
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and requirements
- Ensure venue has adequate power supply and access
- Obtain necessary permits for music and sound
- Inform us of any venue restrictions or special requirements
- Provide contact person on-site during the event
- Respect our equipment and staff
Our Responsibilities
- Provide professional DJ services as agreed
- Arrive on time with all necessary equipment
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
- Follow venue rules and regulations
- Provide backup equipment for technical issues
- Deliver high-quality sound and entertainment
Liability & Insurance
- We carry professional liability insurance
- Our equipment is insured against damage and theft
- We are not liable for venue-related issues beyond our control
- Client is responsible for venue security and access
- Force majeure events may result in service rescheduling
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
